A reducer is selected on the torque requirement, its power, its reduction ratio but also and above all on the stresses of its output shaft.
Radial or axial forces alone can make the selection of the reducer.
Indeed when you have for example the output which takes up all the forces in an agitation application (without tank bottom bearing), the forces on the shaft will be decisive.
These forces may in certain cases require you to mount the reduction gear size 1, 2 or even 3 to obtain the maintenance of the forces on the output shaft.
With the reinforced output, you can stay with the gearbox size sufficient to provide the torque, horsepower for the application.
The NRB output will make it possible to maintain the forces without the need to oversize the mechanical transmission.
