Roller tracks according to the modular principle

Two aluminum profiles are available, which can be flexibly combined with a variety of transport accessories and matching accessories. This results in roller tracks which are precisely matched to the respective application.

The robust, scratch-resistant and corrosion-protected aluminum profiles are available in two types of structure with different slot widths and in lengths up to 6 meters. Profiles are the basis of roller tracks: users can mount different transport elements without the need for tools.

A wide range of roller elements can be chosen from, with or without rim flange, with ball transfer inserts or brush elements as well as special compact versions.
Choosing the correct roller element depends on the application. Parameters such as running smoothness or load determine which roller elements should be used.

For example, compact roller elements with short center distances are designed for low-vibration operation of conveyed goods. Ball transfer units and brush inserts allow transported objects to be moved in two dimensions.
Roller tracks can be designed modularly and flexibly thanks to the large number of different inserts that can be freely combined with each other.
