Pressure transmitters for high pressures HIPRES HP1000, from ESI
The HP1000 series pressure transmitters use Silicon-on-Sapphire technology for very high pressure applications, with operating ranges up to 5,000 bar, while maintaining an extremely high level of performance. The unique Silicon-on-Sapphire sensor technology provides outstanding performance and ensures excellent stability over a wide temperature range. The parts in contact with the fluid and the membrane are machined from a single piece of titanium alloy, without welding, thus offering great safety and pressure resistance. Available for pressure ranges from 0...600 bar to 0...4,000 bar, and with analog output type 0 – 10 mV/V, 0 – 5 V, 0 – 10 V or 4 – 20 mA. The spectrum of applications includes aeronautics, laboratories and test centers, petrochemicals and industry in general. An ATEX and IECEx version is also available as an option for areas with explosive gas atmospheres (zone 0), dust (zone 20) and mines (group I M1).
