piCOBOT® L vacuum pump
piCOBOT® L is a powerful vacuum pump for maximum utilization of the capacity of a cobot/small robot up to 16 kg, even in harsh environments. This vacuum pump enables rapid movements for high productivity in packaging, palletizing, parts assembly or machine servicing.
Designed with the greatest possible flexibility to handle a wide variety of items, piCOBOT® L can be equipped with a wide range of gripping units – from standard Piab or Custom-Line solutions to in-house developments.
This pump can be equipped with up to 4 COAX®SX42 ejectors for high speed applications
Its robust, IP65-certified pump body facilitates deployment in difficult, humid or splash-prone areas.
piCOBOT® L was designed with rounded edges for direct interaction between human and robot.
Additional options are available such as:
- An automatic tool changer
Allows automatic and rapid change of grippers for different applications.
- A Docking Station
Allows you to keep the grippers you need close at hand. The automatic lock/unlock lever on the adapter plate allows for quick and easy changing of grippers.
- A UR certified version
Easy operation of the automatic tool changer via the teach box, as it is part of the URCaps
