MGB multi-function safety handle

The MGB (Multifunctional Gate Box) multifunction locking solution is more than a safety switch , more than a lock-target, it is a modular system that also incorporates control devices: push button with indicator light for requests for access, acknowledgment, cycle start, and emergency stop… The colors of the push buttons can be freely chosen by the user thanks to a set of covers of different colors supplied with the product.

We can also produce customized solutions with specific pictograms or additional functions.

Thanks to its internal unlocking function, it is possible to leave the danger zone quickly with a single gesture, by operating the red handle located inside the danger zone. In addition, the lockout device is integrated to protect anyone inside the danger zone.

With significant mechanical tolerances, the MGB provides a relevant solution to the problems of door misalignment. Extremely easy to integrate, it is available under a single reference for doors on the left as well as for doors on the right (reversible solution). The product incorporates a real door stopper.

Based on transponder technology, the MGB achieves maximum security level Ple according to ISO 13849-1, and SIL3 according to EN 62061. It also complies with EN14119.

Also available in Profinetsafe and Ethernet/IP (CIP Safety) versions, these solutions offer an economical alternative to integration on a safety bus. These versions are also equipped with an extended diagnostic mode.

The MGB can also be used with security installations on sliding doors without the need for additional modifications.

It can also now be associated with an assent command.
