Small belt conveyors with internal drive

Description

Aluminum profile frame 45x45 type B. Aluminum bearing flange. Steel screw. Belt support stainless steel 1.4301. Aluminum return rollers. Belt support plate 2 mm VA sheet metal. Stainless steel axles. Belt on the transport side, PVC hardness 70 Shore A (±5).

Small conveyor belts are mainly used in plant construction or special machines. They are suitable for inserting and removing very small parts. To do this, the internal drive of the conveyor belt, consisting of a motor and a controller, operates with an electrical voltage of 24 volts.
