MGBS – Vertical locking solution for profiles

Why not combine the best of different products? Let's take a CTP transponder coded safety switch and mount it on a sturdy carrier plate, then combine it all with an MGB handle module. The result is the space-saving door guard MGBS. This new system is ideal where a longitudinal form of switch is preferred, for example on the corner posts of protective enclosures. The fixing holes in the handle module and the support plate are hidden, this offers excellent protection against the risk of manipulation. The handle module also includes a lockout device. This prevents the system from being started, for example during maintenance and cleaning work. Simple connector connection reduces wiring time. The system can optionally be equipped with an emergency stop, control and display elements. The MGBS then becomes a space-saving door securing system with the characteristics of an MGB. Thanks to the transponder technology, the system achieves category 4 / PL e according to EN ISO 13849-1 without additional fault exclusion. MGBS complies with all the requirements of the EN ISO 14119 standard. Its high degrees of protection IP65, IP67 and IP69K, combined with a holding force of 3900 N, make the MGBS a universal switch for demanding environments.
