METALAS CABIN SPRAY DEGREASING MACHINE
METALAS stainless steel cabin machines (single baths or multi-baths with a standard diameter of 1000 m to 3200 mm) are used for cleaning industrial parts in compliance with mechanical cleanliness standards, these multi-bath machines in a closed chamber work with several detergents and multiple rinses to increase washing performance. The basic loads supported by METALAS machines are one ton as standard and more on request. The parts to be cleaned are placed in a basket on the rotating platform. A pump sucks up the detergent product and projects it under pressure through ramps placed around the basket. The rotation is ensured by a geared motor. Detergent consumption is very low since the machine operates in a closed circuit. Very accessible filters collect the impurities and sludge that settle there on each pass. A programmable timer stops the machine at the end of the cleaning time. The electrical resistance heats the water up to 80°C. Other equipment such as continuous washing tunnels with multi-baths or hoods can be offered to you.
