E950 Bores makes it easy to check and align bearings and plain bearings with wireless sensors and versatile fixtures.

Its ease of operation is enhanced by a large color screen displaying simple graphics. It has software that guides the operator through the measurement procedure. The E950 Bores automatically calculates the position of the plain bearings relative to each other horizontally and vertically. You can then study the results directly on site by different calculation methods, including best fit around zero and fluctuation. It is also possible to analyze the different choices of reference points. But also to define the offset and tolerance values. Checking the ovality, for example to analyze the rate of wear, is one of the new functions of the system.
