Description
new 100% homologated double mechanical seal. The new cartridge mechanical seal CARTseal B24 from Latty is FDA, CE 1935/2004, ACS and ATEX approved, which makes it unique on the market.
The CARTseal B24 is mounted on centrifugal or volumetric pumps and on horizontal or vertical agitators. It works with all fluids whether corrosive, abrasive or clogging. It is intended for the chemical and petrochemical, agro-food, pharmaceutical industries, for the distribution and purification of water, boiler rooms, paper mills, etc. Its operating parameters adapt to harsh environments, over a temperature range of -20°C to 220°C and to a pressure of 0 to 25 bars (25 MPa).Technical details
Latty's new CARTseal B24 mechanical seal is a reliable, economical and technically complete sealing solution. Its friction faces are made of pure silicon carbide or carbon impregnated with resin. It is a stationary mechanical seal, with a high-performance surface drive system which evenly distributes the force on start-up, thus avoiding breakage even with a clogging fluid.
