Profiroll spline rolling plants for cold rolling of splines symbolize productivity, flexibility and quality. This special feature is characterized by a modern concept combined with efficient servo-mechanical control and proven rigid construction.

PR 400 HP

The PR 400 HP was developed with the aim of producing fluted parts quickly and precisely. The process principle uses tools with incremental teeth. Precise and stable rolling results are guaranteed by the symmetrical and closed force frame, which has been specially optimized with FEM for a rolling force of up to 400kN. Thanks to the powerful, backlash-free main drives and the high-precision feed axis, there are virtually no limitations in terms of dynamics and precision.

ROLLIN

The ROLLIN for internal grooves can be used universally. In addition to forming internal profiles such as threads, flutes or undercuts, it is also possible to carry out finishing processes in which the preformed flutes are gauged and rolled.

PRI 120 CNC/AC

The PRI 120 CNC/AC is the new model of internal groove-undercut rolling machine. For rolling undercuts on the tooth flanks of existing internal splines. This innovative machine concept is based on more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of thread, profile and groove rolling machines in Bad Düben.

BP 200

There   PB 200 is the latest development for machining before heat treatment of internal and external grooves. The surfaces produced by rolling flutes are leveled by the machine in a burnishing process and thus given their desired properties by the application.
