PAPER plus Classic² wedging machine

Discover the PAPERplus Classic² paper cushioning system, the ideal solution for packaging and protecting your heavy products in complete safety. Thanks to its one or two-layer paper padding, your products can be safely wedged and stabilized in boxes, thus protecting all sides of your products.

With PAPERplus Classic², produce paper padding that is robust, tear-resistant while being flexible and extremely malleable. You can choose between kraft, recycled or grass-based paper. The Classic² system only works with the quality of PAPERplus GE and PAPERplus recycled paper in a width of 600 mm.

With a size of 1150 x 720 x 1830 - 2130 mm, a weight of 150 kg, a production speed of up to 40 meters per minute, 230 V power supply and mounted on casters which offers great mobility, ideal for moving the system to the order preparation station. This machine offers high efficiency and optimal ergonomics for the protective packaging process.

PAPERplus crumpled papers enter the paper recycling circle and are fully recyclable. Our partner Storopack does not use treated paper and exclusively uses FSC® certified paper for responsible forest management.
