APSOseal® Molded Seals
Molded seals are special products of sealing technology (such as membranes, frame seals and housing seals or special elastomer lip seals) designed for a specific purpose to provide a substantial benefit compared to standard seals: These custom molded seals are precisely matched to the application at hand. As their name suggests, they are made using special molds and forming dies. Additionally, selecting the appropriate materials to meet all custom specifications ensures maximum waterproofing as well as an overall longer lifespan. Additionally, the use of molded gaskets can simplify the construction of equipment components, which can largely offset the tooling costs required to produce these molded gaskets.
