The EC150 infrared scanner system monitors the temperature between 30 and 350°C by scanning 512 measurement points over an angle of 90° at up to 80 Hz. This turnkey system detects all thermal anomalies on the line of extrusion, co-extrusion or lamination . The slightest temperature difference is highlighted at the exit of the extrusion head to improve the quality and performance of each process.
The EC150 infrared scanner system is very easy to set up, the OPC server allows integration into the online control system quickly for instant use .
