Due to our superior design and technological expertise, the Heavy Duty Steel Cockle Oven allows you to achieve increased efficiency, productivity and durability in a uniquely designed and reliable oven. They are more rigid than an open structure.

Outstanding performance

They are also much quieter, thanks to the sound deadening characteristics of our solid steel shell. For installations requiring even quieter performance, additional insulation can be added to the inside of the shell. The coil is protected from external aggressions thanks to the furnace shell fitted with side access panels.

Wide variety of options

To improve the overall efficiency and safety of each unit, Inductotherm offers options like rear tipping, crucible expulsion system, weighing frame, pit guard… This also includes our latest fume extraction hood design Vortex type. Inductotherm high capacity steel shell furnaces are ideal for melting all metals, including silicon.

Based on this design, we can also offer furnaces with a larger bath diameter for certain applications.
