HepcoMotion's Heavy Duty V-Roller Guide System can be configured into multi-axis gantries to automate applications such as palletizing, sorting and material handling.


Heavy payloads and large payloads – Based on the HDS2 Heavy Duty range, Hepco gantries are ideal for moving heavy payloads, up to 68kN, precisely and over large work areas.

At the heart of many automated installations – In addition to the standard XZ, XYZ and X configurations, custom versions are also possible, saving significant time.

System integration– Hepco gantries can be integrated with existing equipment. Robotic integration can dramatically increase throughput and reduce manual handling of products and materials.

Low maintenance and long life– Rugged, Hepco V-Roller Guidesare suitable for the harshest environments and require very little maintenance. An ideal choice at the heart of enclosed equipment.

No need for exacting parallelism – The combination of a V-roller guide with cam rollers on a flat rail for the same axis allows small deviations from parallelism and reduces assembly times.
