Profile rail guide

Norelem's profiled steel guide rails have ground and induction-hardened slideways. These slides are placed at a 45° angle. The rows of balls distribute the loads evenly, allowing the system to support high loads from all sides. Thanks to the integrated lubrication process, the rail-connected profile guide systems are virtually maintenance-free and suitable for prolonged use at temperatures of up to 80°C.

The profiled guide rails for screwing on from above are available in four different sizes, the length of which can be selected by the customer (max. 3690 mm). Depending on the requirements and the available space, there are four types of guide carriages (from standard to compact) made of hardened steel and with bearing steel balls. In the standard version, the guide carriages are designed with circular ball guide according to precision N, without pretension (Z0). Higher accuracy and preload classes are available on request. norelem profile guide systems meet standard market standards and can therefore easily replace equivalent linear guide units from other suppliers.
