SAT rotational molding machines have many technical advantages, such as:
- one-piece constructions or thermally optimized modules to reduce thermal bridges,
- an aeraulic circuit studied and oriented for the homogenization of the air circulation around the load and the limitation of leaks, in particular when opening doors,
- optimization of the “burner power/blowing power” couple, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of heat exchange at the burner,
- the opening of the oven on one side only and the circulation of air parallel to the opening which minimizes the temperature drop between cycles.
