ELS-M + Ze Handle
The ELSM is an electric lifting system (Electric Lifting System – ELS-M™) which assists lifting/lowering movements.
A cable connects the motorization part mounted in the upper part of the station to the sensitive control handle.
The up/down instruction is generated by the operator who intuitively manipulates the Ze™ handle of the gripper: there are no up/down buttons. There is also no adjustment in the event of a change in mass, the device naturally follows the movements of the user's hand.
The efforts developed by the operator to move the load vertically are less than 2 N.
The Ze™ control handle is wireless, so there are no electrical cables between the Ze™ handle and the balancer. Data transmission is carried out via secure Wifi Direct.
The products will be seized using a standard secure hook of 100 kg CMU.
The user will therefore have the Ze handle in one hand, and will keep the other hand available to guide
the gripper or the product.

* Safety:control of hand presence on the handle, in the absence of this presence, the raising or lowering movements are blocked.
The Ze™ handle equipped with a 140mm long sensitive bar is mounted at the end of the cable, the gripper is mounted under it.
Safety: a brake is directly activated in the event of a power failure and therefore prevents any drop in the load.
