Based on COAX technology and integrated IO-Link technology, the piCOMPACT®10X SMART Vacuum Ejector enhances flexibility, quick installation and customization to meet your needs.
Technical details
The multi-stage pneumatic ejector comes with integrated controls such as on/off valve, purge valve, vacuum switch and energy saving function. It includes special preventive maintenance functions such as leak alarm, filter monitoring and vacuum cycle counter. The piCOMPACT®10X is built on a configurable platform, making it easy to configure and customize the product to suit your needs.

- Configurable vacuum ejector based on COAX® technology with integrated controls, enabling reliable and highly energy-efficient vacuum flow
- IO-Link technology offers simplified and less expensive installation with easy setup and less wiring
- Ability to monitor pump process data in real time using the IO-Link interface
- High-speed valves with adaptive PWM (pulse width modulation) to achieve fast cycle times and reduce heat generation for improved reliability
- 3 to 8 stackable units (island mounting) with common IO-Link interface, compressed air port and exhaust for easy wiring and piping installation.
- Patented intelligent blowing (IBO) function. Intelligent self-learning algorithm that automatically understands system volume and optimizes air consumption and cycle times.
