In a constant dynamic, the innovation of HEIDENHAIN brings in the company tools and functionalities which make the work in the workshop always more user-friendly and efficient. For example, the latest TNC 640 numerical control offers the possibility of viewing a program while managing production orders thanks to its 24" wide screen and the Extended Workspace Compact solution. This option makes it possible to enlarge the viewing space with an additional screen and thus have under the eyes more elements necessary for an optimal management.We will also expose the TNC 620 connected to our supervision software StateMonitor for an overview of the state of the machines of an entire park or workshop In order to control the state and positioning of tools and workpieces during machining, we also offer several products which will be exhibited on our stand, such as the TS 460 workpiece probe and the TT 460 tool probe, as well as the new cell SE 661 sensor which allows secure communication with the CNC, in radio or infrared, thanks to HEIDENHAIN's EnDat 2.2 protocol.A very latest innovation will also be on display: the VT 121 camera system offers the possibility of automating and optimizing the observation of the wear of the tools used during machining thanks to its camera system which takes pictures from different angles and at different times. Finally, for the first time since its creation, the HEIDENHAIN TNC Club will be present with a space specially dedicated to discussions on digital controls.
