Its great design qualities make it a very reliable and versatile product, perfectly suited to ATEX sound and light signaling applications: Fire & Gas, detection fire, process faults, and any other need for sound and visual safety.The certification of our CU1 handset is designed for installation in zones 1 and 2 (Gas).Its IIB T3 classification ensures that it can be deployed in many gaseous atmospheres. Offering up to 116 decibels and 27 sounds (including the AFNOR NFS 32001 sound), this handset will easily cover the noisiest areas.The power is adjustable by potentiometer and it is possible to activate 2 sounds by reversing polarity or connecting 3 wires* The xenon flashing light is available in two versions: 5 joules (24Vdc only) or 10 joules (24Vdc, 48Vdc, 110Vac and 230Vac).Several lens colors are available, a grille is fitted as standard to the light to optimize protection. The CU1 is made of GRP (fiberglass reinforced polyester) and sealed to IP66/67. This design makes this handset a robust product suitable for the most hostile environments.
