ROBOT CELL FOR WELD DRESSING AND SATIN FINISH OF STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN HOODS (HORECA)
Features:
• CRH type robotic cell for weld dressing and satin finishing of stainless steel sheet metal parts.
• In this specific case, it is composed of the following elements:
- Double position 180º rotary table, rotating alternately to load from the outside half of the table while the robot works with the other half inside the cell.
- Robot with automatic change of grinding and satin finishing tools.
- Possibility to incorporate an 8th axis to work on medium and long pieces.

- Cycle time reduction of up to 12 times compared to manual cycle time.
- Automatic recognition of parts allowing to work successively 2 parts with the same or
different references.
- Automatic program correction for any small dimensional deviation detected between
parts of the same reference, thanks to one or more measuring devices.
