TELESCOPIC HOUSINGS
The telescopic steel guards are designed to equip heavily used machine tools: falling parts, passage of operators, large flow of lubricant, intensive aggression from hot and sharp shavings.
Our telescopic casings are made of a high elastic limit steel grade which gives them good flatness, long life and shape memory. We design them according to your model, your plan or according to the statement made by our technical sales representatives. We have a large library of plans optimized by type of machine.
Technical details
The seal between the different elements of the protector is ensured by a specific polyurethane wiper seal .
In order to always better meet your protection needs, our telescopic housings can have several accessories such as:
- Rubber stops to avoid any impact when closing the housing during rapid movements
- Specially coated casters to support more weight, high speeds and also minimize noise
- Reinforced sheet metal to facilitate the passage of operators
- A pantograph to allow the protector to deploy regularly and to avoid shocks between elements during rapid movements
