Aquitime

The MES-Module Aquitime software is dedicated to monitoring production in real time as well as the continuous improvement of the approaches used. It is recommended for all sectors of industry.

This module allows the collection of data automatically via machines (sensors, IIoT, PLCs, OPC) or manually thanks to an operator (touch screen, barcode, RFID, etc.), which facilitates the monitoring of times that can influence production: machines (start, stop, counting, process), operator (direct hours, indirect hours), activities (OF, operation, batch).

Production monitoring module of the MES Aquiweb software, Aquitime allows you to monitor the different times influencing your production thanks to real-time data collection automatically from the machines and/or manually from the operators.

The Aquitime tracking software can work with the Aquienergy module to provide the necessary information to better manage human, material and energy resources.

Aquitime offers the TRS analysis functionality to monitor status times (production, shutdown, etc.), in accordance with AFNOR NF E 60-182 standard (customizable). Thanks to this functionality, it is also possible to carry out the distribution by category, draw up the list and the evolution curves of the stops, analyze the successive states of the machines, carry out an analysis TRS, TRG, by machine, for the workshop, display the indicators of the AFNOR NF E 60-182 standard, perform rate / quantity / scrap monitoring as well as summaries and graphic analyses.
