Tantec's PlasmaTEC-X atmospheric plasma treatment station is used to increase the surface tension of rubber profiles and plastic parts . The PlasmaTEC-X station can be used for a degreasing or metal pickling operation .

The PlasmaTEC-X treatment station can be equipped with 1 to 8 heads , it is easy to set up on an existing production line and offers great flexibility of use .

The PlasmaTEC-X station is designed around the concept of high voltage DC discharge under atmosphere . The versatility of this equipment allows perfect integration into a robotic line to increase the surface tension of your supports or stand-alone use on any production line .

The station must be connected to the power supply and compressed air. No adjustment of these fluids is necessary,

• Compact and lightweight station:

The compactness and lightness of Plasma TEC-X makes it easy to integrate on a production line or on a robot arm,

• Remote treatment control:

If the power falls below a preselected level, the generator issues an alarm signal.

• Possible air flow in off position:

The air flow is electronically controlled which allows, in the event of a treatment stoppage, to maintain a small air flow in the stand-by position to prevent dust from being attracted to the treatment head.

• Plasma REMOTE:

The HMI unit allows easy control and adjustment of parameters. You can drive up to 8 TEC-X Plasma units with one HMI unit.

• Electrically neutral treatment:

This allows processing of conductive or non-conductive media.

• High speed processing:

The high voltage plasma treatment allows to treat, at high speed, up to 500 meters per minute.

• Remote control:

A large number of parameters can be controlled using a digital interface. This allows continuous Plasma processing control.

• Automatic compressed air regulation:

Regardless of the length of the sheath between the generator and the treatment head, the generator automatically adjusts the air pressure and its flow.
