All stainless steel inductive detector IO-link IGT260

"All stainless steel" inductive detectors (including the active face) are generally high-performance solutions because they are waterproof (no permeation possible) and robust (they accept impacts). They can ensure their function in applications with very severe constraints for a large number of years.
The wide temperature range of -40...85°C and the protection ratings IP 65, IP 66, IP 67, IP 68 and IP 69K guarantee maximum reliability.
Inductive sensors with IO-Link can be used as sensors with adjustable switching threshold or as measuring systems with measured value transmission via IO-Link. The output signal is configurable in multiple ways, the detector can be set to NC or NO and its polarity to PNP or NPN switching. The number of variants as well as storage costs are therefore reduced.
Thanks to very high accuracy, even small distance changes can be detected. A warning signal can be given as soon as the target leaves the defined detection zone or is too close to the active face.
Until now, despite their advantages, conventional all-stainless steel detectors indirectly caused production stoppages because the mechanical drifts of the machine caused either collisions or the passage of the target outside its detection field.
