A-SAFE - Topple Barrier: specific protection against falling stacked pallets

Storing pallets or stacked drums can be a source of accidents. The new high barrier from A-Safe protects pedestrian crossings from falling items stored at height.

• - Topple Barrier (literally “fall barrier”) is available in heights varying from 2.2 to 4 m. The innovative modular design makes it possible to adapt the height of the barrier according to changing needs, by adding the required number of 1m rail modules to the base unit.
• - Made of Memaplex, these fall arrest barriers are designed to bend and reform after an incident or the overturning of a pallet. They thus provide essential protection for pedestrians, forklift operators and stacked production.
• - 2 versions of the TOPPLE BARRIER fall arrest barrier have been designed and tested according to the PAS13 standard : one to withstand a point load of 400 kg and a distributed horizontal load of 1t, while the "heavyweight" version, can withstand vehicle impacts up to 28,950 joules. (Eg for example the impact of a 6 t trolley at 8 km/h)
• - Anti-fork protection is included as standard in all configurations
• - Barriers are available in yellow or black. Dyed in the mass, stabilized against UV rays, they guarantee a durable aesthetic that does not require touch-up paint. They are also corrosion, water and chemical resistant for maximum durability and ease of maintenance.
