TDCI

Since 1993, TDCI has specialized in industrial subcontracting and offers, is divided into two main areas of activity:

-The first, which happens to be the genesis of TDCI, consists of surface treatment with chemical pickling (soft cold pickling in an organic medium), the treated parts are not attacked, therefore do not undergo any alteration of their physical properties ( resistance to time, usable on fragile support). The treatment of stainless steel by bath or by spraying (capacity of the baths 6.50 m long, 1.45 m wide), as well as electro-polishing, mass degreasing, descaling and deoxygenation of parts.

- The second pole, metallurgy:

-With cutting first: - water jet cutting up to 6200 bars, 5axes/3axes volume cutting up to 300mm in hard materials (titanium, stainless steel, etc.) tube cutting, flat cutting in multiheads. The particularities of water jet cutting are the possibility of cutting all materials (metals, organics, composites, ceramics, marble, wood, etc.), the non-alteration of the molecular structure of the cut products, work at cold (Ideal in all industries that cannot afford molecular alterations such as nuclear, wind power, aeronautics, space, medical, strongly recommended for all other industries). - Plasma cutting up to 60 mm in steel and stainless steel recommended for all creation of parts requiring little or no machining. - Sawing of large volume parts up to 1000 mm squared.

-Secondly, TDCI invested in a machining center suitable for hard metals. With this equipment and performing a lot of subcontracting work, TDCI prepares parts for customers, which saves time and therefore productivity for them as well as the finished part.

-Thirdly, a mechanical-welding center and design office allows the production of assemblies and/or sub-assemblies, as well as the design and production of parts ranging from the prototype to the series. Our working method is to support our customers in their thinking through our knowledge and know-how, in manufacturing so that our achievements are best suited to their needs. The workshop equipment created is systematically certified by an approved organization according to the legislation so as to secure the personnel using it as much as possible.
