All of our 3 companies have 110 employees, a turnover of €10,000,000 and a high-performance machine park: 4 lasers, 3 punching machines, 8 press brakes, 4 welding robots, 2 CNC machining centers, 1 CN lathes.

On our high-tech “LEVIGNE” site, we have technical specificities in the field of welding:

- Our welding quality organization is based on the ISO 3834-2 standard.

- Certification NF EN 15085 – 'Railway application – Welding of vehicles and components'.

- EN 9100

- Our welders are qualified according to standard EN 287-1 for steels and ISO 9606-1 for aluminum alloys,

- Our QMOS are made according to the 15614-1 standard,

- We control our welds according to ISO 5817 for steels or 10042 for aluminium,

- Our surface and volumetric checks are carried out by a COFREND certified body,

-Our entire quality and welding standard organization relies on our Welding Technologist.
