Our production sites are equipped with modern machines in order to offer you a high level of performance. Manufacturing is carried out by CN and traditional single and multi-spindle spindles, transfer machines , machining centers and robotic cell for reworking, as well as centerless and centerless machines for grinding.

Manufacturing is organized in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard (Thyez and Marignier sites) and the EN 9100:2018 standard (Thyez site):

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• CSR approach undertaken with EcoVadis (bronze medal).
• DURR Compact 80C washing machine and baskets (multi-washing programs).
• Centralized extraction of SANDMIST oil mist guaranteeing a filtration quality of up to 99.99%.
• Central filtration by centrifugation for cutting oils .
• PETIT-JEAN automatic extraction unit for neat and soluble oils , with sorting of materials
