Boilermaking:

We produce made-to-measure parts mainly intended for industry. This makes it possible to manufacture more or less voluminous specific parts, starting from plans produced by you or your technical departments. We manufacture large parts in boilermaking : mobile mixers for the road network, caissons, grasshoppers for loading boats, construction of frames, piles for naval platforms, frames for compressors, hydrocarbon separators.

Casings and equipment for high-power transformers, chip hopper, cinder extractor, distribution platform and hopper, big bag emptying hopper custom-made parts, etc.

Mechanical welding:

CJMP assembles mechanical parts by welding and thus produces mechanically welded structures, either complete assemblies or subassemblies of all sizes.

Thanks to its experienced team, your entire project can be taken care of, from the study to the machining of the structures, including the welding and final assembly of the parts.
Our company, specialized in the production of mechanically-welded assemblies and large-scale machined parts . We have the technical and physical capacities to manufacture all types of mechanically-welded products and structures.

Folding sheet metal:

Our main expertise remains large bending up to 7100mm. But we can also carry out all your bending, punching or shearing work without any restrictions. Forming, sawing or drilling allow us to finalize all your parts so that you are completely satisfied. All these skills allow you to keep only one interlocutor without having to call on different suppliers.

With our knowledge of sheet metal work , we produce many parts in thick and industrial sheet metal. Bending of large parts from 4100 to 7100 mm and from 175 to 500 tonnes Custom sheet bending.

Indispensable to the creation of many metal parts, intended for industry as well as for many other uses, the bending of sheet metal consists of deforming the material according to a rectilinear fold. This industrial technique is carried out using a press brake, equipped with a vee die and a punch. We offer custom cutting and folding, up to 7 m long .

The CNC automatic cutting technologies that we use (plasma) make it possible to manufacture quality parts with extreme precision.

We also offer the possibility of applying certain surface treatments and finishes to the manufactured parts on request: anodizing, polishing, heat treatment or others.

Industrial Maintenance

CJMP boilermaking is convinced that it is necessary to establish lasting relationships with its customers. We offer ongoing support after delivery and during service at dedicated locations.
We do what it takes to find tailor-made solutions that meet specific needs and increase the life of your equipment.

Maintenance and troubleshooting, CJMP intervenes in maintenance to ensure the reliability of your installations and guarantee the sustainable operation of your equipment

We intervene either in preventive maintenance , or in curative maintenance . In both cases, our objective is to provide you with the best possible service, while limiting the duration of production stoppages.

In preventive maintenance upstream of your scheduled production stops and in order to prepare our intervention while limiting the downtime and immobilization of your installations. Our efforts focus on providing technical proposals as part of the prevention of future accidents, wear and maintenance operations.
In curative maintenance during breakdowns or breakages of the production tool, requiring responsiveness and reliable and rapid restarting of the installations

CJMP repairs and maintains the performance of all industrial equipment, such as:

Boilermaking apparatus and industrial equipment such as: tanks, reactors, dryers, mixers, hoppers, separators, autoclaves, exchangers, chimneys, etc.
All metal structures and means of access: crinoline ladders, stairs, walkways, guardrails,….
Equipment protections: casings, mesh protections, partitions,….

Piping:

We work carbon steel like stainless steel. The welds of our pipes are checked according to project requirements.

Mechanical assembly:

In order to rationalize THE TRANSPORT OF PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN OUR WORKSHOPS, WE ARE ABLE TO PRE-EQUIP THE PARTS PRODUCED WITH MECHANICAL AND HYDRAULIC ACCESSORIES.
