63 - Riom: Kingspan Bacacier invests €70 million in a giant site

Specializing in sandwich panel systems providing both insulation and the exterior architectural design of buildings, the Auvergne group Kingspan Bacacier is increasing its production capacity by acquiring new lines. Driven by the growth of the renovation market and by the new construction insulation standards, the group achieved consolidated turnover of €300 million in 202, it forecasts €350 million in 2022 and €400 million in 2023 It is on the Riom site, 200,000 hectares with 80,000 m2 of buildings, that the group will invest €70 million by 2025, in particular to install three new production lines. In addition to the profiling lines, production lines for purlins and insulating sandwich panels will be gradually put into operation in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
