Wilo-Medana CH1-L
The Wilo-Medana CH1-L is a non-self-priming, stainless steel, horizontal, multistage pump for water supply and pressure boosting, irrigation and industrial process applications. It replaces the current Wilo-Economy MHI and MHIL range.
Its compact and robust design but also its high hydraulic performance allow the use of this new range of Wilo-Medana CH1-L in a wide range of applications, particularly in the integration of industrial systems.
Easy integration and high performance
In addition to its high efficiency thanks to its high hydraulic performance, the technical characteristics of the Wilo-Medana CH1-L provide customers with many benefits, such as time savings during installation and maintenance. In fact, commissioning and maintenance are made easier thanks to larger filling and emptying orifices, as well as simplified tools, compared to previous ranges.
Its robust design and corrosion-resistant materials make the Wilo-Medana CH1-L a real long-term investment. Also, a lantern treated by cataphoresis and reinforced pump feet, for better ground support, complete its already numerous technical advantages.
The Wilo-Medana CH1-L also has an ACS certificate, for applications with drinking water.
Wilo-Medana CH1-LC
The version with cast iron pump body and stainless steel bearings is also available under the name Wilo-Medana CH1-LC. This variant, which is more suitable for certain applications and does not require drinking water certification, incorporates all the advantages and characteristics of the all-stainless steel Wilo-Medana CH1-L.
Use
- Water distribution and overpressure
- Irrigation
- Industrial processes
High efficiency thanks to the high hydraulic power Simple and fast commissioning/maintenance thanks to the large openings for filling and emptying the pumps High reliability resulting in robustness and low noise development thanks to the movable ring and the lantern treated by cataphoresis and resistant to corrosion Usable at ambient temperature up to 50 °C, thus widening the field of application in particular for system integration Recommended for applications with drinking water
