Gothic profile ball screw with 5mm or 10mm pitch. Simple, not to the right.

Flange nut with ball thread according to DIN 69051 part 5.

Manufactured according to precision class C7 (Tolerance ±50 µ / 300 mm). Without preload with axial play P0 (max. 0.08 mm).

Technical details

Matter :

Screw: steel 1.1213.

Nut: steel 1.3505.

Scraper: plastic.


Finishing :

Rolled screw, induction treated to 62 ±2 HRC and polished.

Nut ground, raceway induction treated to 62 ±2 HRC and polished

We manufacture ball screws according to your requirements based on a detailed drawing. Maximum manufacturing length 5600 mm.

Attention :

The flange nut should not be removed from the screw without the mounting ring to avoid losing the balls. Drawing indication: 1) M6 for grease nipple
