MODE OF OPERATION: METAL BELLOWS COUPLINGS

Metal bellows couplings are particularly suitable for direct drives. The typical metal bellows is the key element of this coupling. It compensates for axial and angular misalignments for low restoring forces. The backlash-free, torsionally rigid metal bellows couplings ensure precise positioning of the drive unit and can be used in ultra-dynamic applications up to over 10,000 rpm on a finely balanced model.
