Liftop - Manipulator for plastic, steel, cardboard drums

Our motorized lifter / manipulator allows operators to easily lift and move a wide variety of drums up to 350 kg.

Automatic gripper for gripping drums
Fully automatic, it is capable of easily gripping a wide variety of 205L steel and plastic drums.
The operator simply drives the device towards the barrel until the gripper comes into contact with it, then the gripper automatically grips the top edge of the barrel while lifting it simultaneously. We can supply a range of different clamps to suit different drum types, sizes and applications.

Battery powered drive system
It includes 2 x 180 Ah batteries and an electric drive motor. The drive motor is controlled using a rear tiller which combines standard controls as well as lighting and drum lowering functions. A built-in battery charger is located in the control box, simply connect mains power to the device whenever the batteries are low to restore it to a fully charged state.

Device controls
The control of the device is done from the rear via a swiveling tiller. To allow great precision in moving the drums, the speed control is variable and adjustable using the joysticks on the drawbar. A crash switch protects operators during use and an integrated horn is fitted to warn nearby personnel. The tiller controls are similar to those of a mobile stacker, so operators will find the controls familiar.
