INGENITEC - Double jib crane with 2 IN-LIFT and 2 special tools

Intuitive and responsive, discover this double jib crane equipped with two sensitive IN-LIFT® balancers and two specific hook tools for lifting heavy loads weighing up to 200 kg. INGENITEC designed this equipment for one of our customers, an automobile manufacturer, who wanted help in handling his specific loads without damaging them.

This handling solution mainly consists of a column-mounted jib crane with 2 articulated arms each having an IN-LIFT® balancer with a pendant control with paddles and 2 specific tools with lifting hooks with latches.

IN-LIFT® offers free speed control and high positioning accuracy. The weight of the load and the remaining vertical travel are permanently displayed on the control screen. In addition, the pendant control with sensitive paddles facilitates handling, in particular thanks to its balancing mode which allows the operator to handle the load directly with his hands without interaction with the control and without effort.

Operators have a large working area as each arm offers a reach of 4 meters. To facilitate handling, a 360° rotation of the load is possible via a rotating connector as well as a 270° rotation of the first arm and 330° of the second.

INGENITEC has optimized this installation by adding a parking mode to be used when the equipment is off, as well as eyelets located on the lifting beam to store the 2 hooks when they are not in use.
