Industrial vacuum cleaner for explosive powders ZFR75 INERT - Pharaon

The ZFR75 INERT industrial vacuum cleaner is ATEX ZONE 22 certified, which means that it is suitable for the suction and inerting of combustible and explosive dust. This device meets the needs of the 3D printing and additive manufacturing industry in particular.

Powerful and efficient, this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a three-phase motor with a power of 3,000 W. Its power and its low need for maintenance allow it to operate continuously on production circuits.

The ZFR75 INERT is equipped with equipotential bonding and earthing and antistatic filtration. Indeed, it has three levels of filtration: a Medium 1µ antistatic pocket filter, equipped with a cleaning system by handle. It is also equipped with PPL filtration and three H30 filters. These filtration systems are essential to ensure the safety of operators.

This vacuum works by an oil bath system in the tank, thus neutralizing the previously filtered powders. Its AISI 304 stainless steel tank has a capacity of 100 litres.

Robust thanks to its industrial-grade construction, it is also compact and mobile, thanks to its wheels and push handle.
