Clamping slides for multiple clamping system
Several slides of different lengths can be mounted one behind the other or next to each other. The precision toothing allows very precise positioning of the fixed jaws. Thanks to the lateral graduation of the clamping slides, it is possible to record the position of each fixed jaw in order to be able to adjust it identically in the event of repetition. Stoppers can be mounted on the side threads. Advantages: Universal and flexible.
For small and large batches.
It is possible to clamp large workpieces next to each other on the slides.
Material: Tool steel. Finish: Hardened and ground (HRC 55 ±2). Note: The clamping slides can be fixed via different interfaces.
1. Lateral clamping edge for clamping flange kit. The clamps can be fixed in any position.
2. Bores for cylindrical head screws according to DIN.
3. Positioning bores Ø25H6 mm for common zero point clamping systems with 100 mm intervals.
4. Positioning bores Ø16H6 mm for zero point clamping systems with 96 mm intervals.
5. Three centering slots with 18H7 for T-slot tables.
6. Plain holes Ø12F7 and Ø16F7 for modular systems with holes spaced 40 or 50 mm.
