EPSON SCARA SPIDER RS4 ROBOT - 550 mm

EPSON , world leader in SCARA technology, is pushing the limits of this technology even further by entering the very closed world of DELTA robots with its new EPSON RS4 model.

The scara RS4 robot , with its innovative design, is a suspended robot with no dead zone in its work surface, which can describe a circle of 1100mm in diameter and cover a rectangular area of up to 777 x 777 mm without inaccessible points.

The scara RS4 robot benefits from all of EPSON 's experience in SCARA technology, a guarantee of reliability and efficiency; it displays unequivocal performance: a repeatability of 15µm and a speed of up to 7400mm/s.

With its unique design and its integration without space constraints , the scara RS4 robot can adapt to any type of assembly and micro-assembly application, even the most demanding, thanks to its ESD ISO3 compatible clean room version.

Lightweight (20 kg) and with very good repeatability (15µm), the new EPSON RS4 scara robot enters the world of medium-load DELTA robot technology (1 to 4 kg) with serious arguments while enjoying the advantages and ease of use of EPSON SCARA robots.

The RS series EPSON scara robots are sold with the RC-700A controller (without integrated PC, multi-robots) + the EPSON SPEL RC+ software and the offline simulation graphic tool.
