Spur gears Racks Bevel gears

Description

Guarantees a mechanical and smooth transmission of forces, including in the case of variable directions of rotation, norelem gears are mainly used in the lifting and lowering of large loads.
Their uses range from the conversion of rotations into linear movements to the most diverse drive solutions. Gears complete this range of parts, alongside the toothed belts and chains already offered.
The diameter is between 14 and 387 mm. The width of the teeth varies between 15 and 30 mm. On request, the pinion balls can be fitted with a hub. The latter facilitates assembly on the machine or part.

Technical details

Racks:

A rack is particularly suitable for production automation in machine/technical plant construction. It guarantees high repetition accuracy, thus enabling easy and precise positioning in the field of drive solutions.
Even when transmitting high torques, prolonged use of a norelem rack poses no problem. This withstands high travel speeds as well as frequent changes of direction with different loads. This is why racks are ideal for continuous assemblies, particularly in the field of robotics.

Bevel gears:

Bevel gears are used for angular torque transmission in machine and technical plant construction. The axis angle is 90° and the pressure angle is 20°. norelem offers the most diverse combinations of bevel gears. The pinion of the gear is usually smaller than the gear itself. However, this depends on the transmission ratio of the bevel gear (1:1; 1:2; 1:3; 1:4).
Norelem bevel gears feature a bore with groove. Their teeth are milled. They are reliable and of very good quality.
