RAISE3D PRO3 PLUS: INTELLIGENT DUAL EXTRUSION

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus has a new intelligent dual extrusion system. Its fast nozzle switching system allows the working nozzle to extrude without the other nozzle disturbing it. The inactive nozzle is raised by 1.5mm: there is therefore no risk of collision with the print in progress. The dual extrusion system of the Raise3D Pro3 Plus allows printing in two colors or two materials, for ever more original and complex creations. Maintenance of the extrusion system is simplified: you no longer need to disassemble everything to carry out maintenance. The system clips in seconds, reducing time spent on the extrusion head and changing elements quickly.

RAISE3D PRO3 PLUS INNOVATIONS

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus has many new features. The first is the extrusion system which has been completely redesigned, easier to access and handle. The Pro3 Plus can also resume 3D printing after a power outage, or pause the machine if a user opens the front door. Security is then assured. Just like the regulated work environment with air control and filtration thanks to the Air Flow Manager. Finally, the Raise3D Pro3 Plus benefits from a new flexible steel plate covered with a Buildtak, which allows for easier part removal. This system also prevents damage from spatula removal. The Pro3 Plus also has a sensor for automatic bed leveling. With a perfect distance between the nozzle and the plate, your prints will be more regular and aesthetic.

RAISE3D PRO3 PLUS AND ITS INTELLIGENT ASSISTANCE EVE

The main novelty of this Raise3D Pro3 Plus is the arrival of its intelligent assistant EVE. Raise3D has equipped all its new large volume 3D printers with EVE. When the user of the Pro3 Plus encounters a problem with the 3D printer or a problem when printing his project, a message appears on the touch screen of the machine. The EVE intelligent assistant then has the solution to the problem encountered and redirects to the Raise3D site. EVE is also present to remind the user of routine maintenance tasks so that they are carried out on time and in the best conditions.

IDEAMAKER: THE SOFTWARE THAT DRIVES RAISE3D PRINTERS

IdeaMaker is the operating software (also called slicer or slicer) of Raise3D 3D printers. IdeaMaker allows you to prepare your 3D printing. Very easy to use, it has full functionality. In fact, in addition to having personalized printing profiles, you can notably repair a damaged 3D file before it is printed.
