FORMLABS FORM 3L: BETWEEN AESTHETICS AND LARGE VOLUME

The Formlabs Form 3L is the new large volume SLA 3D printer from the American manufacturer. Formlabs has completely revised the design of its old model, always favoring quality components, so that your prints are always more reliable and aesthetic. Many sensors have been added to provide an ever more reliable and accurate experience.

The volume of the Form 3L is 200 x 335 x 300mm, the largest volume available for a desktop SLA 3D printer. Formlabs offers the ability to print with a maximum precision of 25 microns, but if you want to quickly validate a form, you can print with a layer height of 300 microns! This is one of the new features of the Form 3L, printing large volumes, faster!

FORMLABS OFFERS YOU LARGE VOLUME PLUG'N'PLAY

SLA 3D printers are often used to make small aesthetic parts. Formlabs goes beyond with the Form 3L and its large volume of 200 x 335 x 300mm. The Form 3L therefore allows you to make large parts, while keeping the "Plug'n'Play" aspect of the ecosystem developed by the American manufacturer. Little technical knowledge is needed to perfectly print a part on the Form 3L. All the parameters are already pre-saved in the Formlabs PreForm software, all you have to do is load your 3D file and print it! Plug'n'Play at the service of high volume SLA is with the Form 3L.

FORMLABS AND ITS LFS TECHNOLOGY

The Form 3BL from Formlabs is designed on LFS (Low Force Stereolithography) technology, created with the aim of obtaining ever more precise parts, with an irreproachable surface finish. This LFS technology is based on two elements: a uniform exposure of the UV laser on the resin, and a flexible tank. Indeed, the latter whose bottom is flexible, adapts to the movements of the optical system, itself improved. The flexibility of the tank improves the detachment of the part and therefore improves its surface condition.
