87 - Laiterie Les Fayes builds a new workshop in Limoges

La Laiterie Les Fayes has decided to leave its historic site in Isle, where it has been present for 80 years, to build a new, more modern workshop on land in Limoges. This offers it better development potential and easier access to trucks, as it is located just a few hundred meters from the entrance to the A20 motorway. It took an investment of 10 million euros to complete this large-scale project of 2,650 m². This new dairy workshop, which will notably produce the famous white Limousin cheese Laiterie Les Fayes, is designed to integrate a strong environmental approach: significant reduction in energy consumption, a water reprocessing system, and autonomous production of a part of the necessary energies.
