47 - STEICO increases its production capacity for rigid wood fiber insulation.

STEICO has just inaugurated its new LDF (Low Density Fiber) panel production line at the Casteljaloux (47) site.

This production line of rigid wood fiber insulation from the dry process increases the production capacity of the factory.

An annual capacity of approximately 250,000 cubic meters makes the new production line one of the largest of its type in France.

"STEICO has made supplying the French market with biosourced insulation materials a priority.

By investing in the new LDF production line at its Casteljaloux plant, the company is setting a new milestone on its site", explains Jacques Knepfler, site manager of STEICO France.

STEICO wood fiber insulation protects against cold, heat, noise and humidity.

They are open to the diffusion of water vapor and protect the habitat from problems of condensation and humidity.
