The company also has a management system enabling it to have a 3.1 material certificate for each plate and sheet in stock. The products thus benefit from increased traceability in order to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. To satisfy the latter, HIC-ACIERS delivers throughout France (70% of its activity), neighboring countries and part of the French-speaking Maghreb.

To ensure rigorous deliveries, the company can rely on an efficient logistics center guaranteeing the supply of all its customers. HIC-ACIERS offers and guarantees, throughout the national territory, the delivery of the basic product to the most sophisticated in extremely short times for a company in the steel sector.

Stock and service

This well-established and efficient logistics (HIC-ACIERS delivers more than 2,500 tonnes per month, or 30,000 tonnes per year!)
was made possible thanks to the installation of the company, in 2015, in Miribel, near Lyon. There, it operates 5,000 m2 of depots and 300 m2 of offices and outbuildings. On the site, the company also has 8,000 tonnes in stock of plates from quarto and sheets from coils. It can also rely on its European suppliers with a “reserved” stock of several thousand tons.

The seriousness and competence of HIC-ACIERS are also based on quality customer service. With 25 years of experience, a dynamic team that listens to customers will be able to meet their needs regarding stock availability, but also provide all other useful information relating in particular to quality issues or deadlines.
