ENOVASENSE
Enovasense is a company founded in 2013 by two French engineers Jean Inard-Charvin and Geoffrey Bruno, and today belonging to the German group Precitec Optronik.
The Precitec Group is a global specialist in high-precision laser technology and 3D metrology with approximately 800 employees and a presence on all continents with its own legal entities or local representatives ensuring a wide sales and after-sales network. .
Enovasense designs and develops an innovative technology for controlling the thickness of all types of industrial coatings (paints, polymers, organics, ceramics, metals, varnishes, glues, etc.) on all types of substrates.
The laser process allows rapid spot measurement, without contact with the part to be measured and non-destructive.
These strong advantages make it possible to control the thickness deposited on up to 100% of the parts at the very heart of the production lines.
Non-contact measurement makes it possible to have immediate monitoring of the deposition process, including on parts where the coating is for example still wet, not polymerized, not dried, difficult to reach, on moving parts in the line, still hot, etc.
Optimization of the industrial process, savings in consumption, increase in the level of quality, better monitoring of production, time saved on measurement... there are many sources of savings for the manufacturer.
Enovasense has references of establishments in Europe and Asia in markets as varied as automotive, aeronautics, metallurgy, construction, consumer goods, watchmaking, jewellery, etc.
The Enovasense technology, patented worldwide by the company, was awarded at the World Innovation Competition and at the Ministry of Research Competition. Enovasense is a team of engineers specialized in optics and photonics, focused on their core business, supported by a scientific committee, a strategic committee of industrial experts and an investment fund.
