Indeed, thanks to its proprietary AI algorithms, the solution is able to imitate and transcribe the thought pattern of a quality operator and thus understand, if a part presents an anomaly, scratch, break, dust, deformation, color defect or absence of a component, for example. The smart vision solution learns continuously, without big data, and can detect unsought and even never-before-seen production defects. No more need, therefore, for an exhaustive default library.

In addition to these benefits, the solution, which works perfectly with a collaborative robot, is easily integrated into customers' production lines, with no need for operator qualification. Equipped with an intuitive interface, it detects defects from a few dozen parts that meet quality standards and is able to explain its decisions, which makes it unique.
