Trédi inaugurates a bromine production line in Ain

It is in Saint-Vulbas, in the Ain, that Séché Environnement has just inaugurated Maxibrome, an innovative bromine regeneration process now capable of covering almost 1/3 of the needs of French industry. Good news for the environment, when we know that the production of regenerated bromine from waste generates on average 20 times less CO2 than the extraction of virgin bromine. Maxibrome now increases the site's production capacity for regenerated bromine by 60%. This new industrial tool, the result of an investment of 12 million euros, is fully in line with the circular economy and environmental preservation approach that define the DNA of the Séché Environnement group.
